Designed as part of Lowe’s seasonal décor program, these animatronics were created to transform holiday displays into memorable emotional experiences. Each character was developed through research into seasonal trends and customer behavior, balancing movement, lighting, and personality to create moments that felt approachable, immersive, and emotionally engaging.

The goal was not simply decoration, but creating products that invited interaction, nostalgia, and connection within the retail environment.
